We couldn't be happier with the incredible job our builder and his team did on our home. This was a major, multi-million-dollar renovation that touched virtually every part of the property, and the finished result truly exceeded our expectations. The project included completely redoing our pool, the decks, landscaping design, and renovating the cabana. Inside, the house was taken down to the studs, including removing the sheetrock and walls, and then completely rebuilt and remodeled to architectural standards. This was an enormous undertaking with countless details and moving parts, and the level of craftsmanship throughout the entire project was outstanding. The trim and finish work, in particular, is exceptional. The attention to detail is evident everywhere you look, and it is clear the tremendous care and pride went into the work. Just as impressive were the subcontractors. They were consistently on time, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their individual trades. On a project of this magnitude, you place an incredible amount of trust in your builder. From coordinating so many different trades to making sure the quality of the work lives up to the investment being made, there is a tremendous amount of responsibility involved. We always felt that our home was in very capable hands. The transformation of our home has been remarkable, and we absolutely love the finished result. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication that went into bringing everything together. We would enthusiastically recommend Mosier Luxury Homes and the Mosier team to anyone considering a significant renovation or high-end remodeling project. They did an exceptional job, and we would gladly work with them again.
Amy & Jackie were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We moved into a lake property my parents built 25 years ago, and since they still live in town and visit often, it was really important to us to refresh the home without losing the character and craftsmanship they had so proudly put into it. Amy & Jackie listened closely to that concern from our very first conversation and carried it through every decision — they had a genuine gift for balancing “new” with “honoring what was already here.” They helped us update our counter surfaces, lighting inside and out, sink fixtures, carpet, rugs, home gym, and paint throughout, and every choice felt thoughtful and true to the home’s original spirit while still feeling fresh and updated. On top of that, they were just plain fun to work with — our meetings never felt like a chore, and their energy made the whole process enjoyable. I also really appreciated that they know when to gently push me out of my comfort zone. There were a few moments I was playing it safe out of habit, and they’d nudge me toward a choice I wouldn’t have picked on my own — every single time, they were right!
Working with MLH has truly been an exceptional experience in every way. Their Interior Design team was incredible! They are not only so talented in their design work, paying attention to all details and making sure to align with my tastes and preferences but also so enjoyable to work with! They were also so responsive and on top of all needs and logistics, which made the entire process seamless.
We worked with Amy and Jackie Mosier to refurbish our apartment, and we are in love with everything they created for us! From a built in dinette to a custom couch to a guest bedroom that feels like the Four Seasons, it’s just gorgeous! And they were a delight to work with! We highly recommend them!!

We were introduced to the Mosiers when we needed help completely renovating my child hood home in the heart of historic downtown Austin. They took a 100+ year old house with funky and impractical additions and turned it into a modern craftsman masterpiece that updated and added to the legacy home, maintained the character of the neighborhood, and provided the function, space, and style we desired. They understood what we wanted, they appreciated the parameters, and they delivered exceptional value and quality along the way. We consider ourselves lucky to have been introduced to them for our project and cannot imagine having completed it with anyone else. They are the best of the best, in our opinion. My husband and I were looking at homes in Austin and after several tours with our agent, one of the Mosier Luxury Homes that had been previously built caught our eye. We asked our agent if they knew the builders and thankfully they did. We were introduced to the Mosier's and began working with them in August of 2021 on our home. My husband and I had never been through this process, and were in the middle of packing/preparing for a relocation and selling our other home so the level of stress was already high. Amy and Adam made this process tremendously easy. The level of communication, integrity, and care they put in to everything they do is unmatched. They were with us every single step of the way from appliance selections, cabinetry, to landscaping. Once we moved to Austin and while the home was being built we worked with Amy and Jackie on the interior design for the home and just like the build it's been a pleasure. They are very well networked in the area so anything we've needed recommendations on they knew the right person or place. It's important that you enjoy working with the individuals when you are doing something life changing like building a home and making it your own. The Mosier's made us feel like a part of their family, and are some of the most exceptional and genuine people. We have now moved in and could not be happier. It's truly the perfect home for us. We are very grateful and can not recommend MLH enough.
We used MLH for renovation of our dated townhome in Austin, TX. The space was stuck in the 1980’s with plenty of wasted room and unnecessary walls. Adam and Amy listened to what our vision was for the house and provided excellent guidance along the way. When we made some suggestions on changes that they thought we might later regret, they provided us with good reasons for taking a different approach. We listened to their advice. The result is that we couldn’t be happier about how things turned out. The space is updated and makes great use of the square footage. The finishes are outstanding and our vision was achieved. We are looking forward to many years of enjoying what they helped to create. I would highly recommend Mosier Luxury Homes.
I highly recommend Mosier Luxury Homes! I worked very closely with both Amy and Adam throughout the building and finishing of our new home. I can honestly say that I enjoyed working with them. I felt very supported in all of the decisions that needed to be made throughout this process. Building a new home can be very overwhelming, but Amy and Adam made it easy and even fun! If I ever build another home in Austin, I would absolutely choose MLH for the job! Their work is high quality and it shows!

When I was looking to buy my house in Austin, I turned to them because their builds and workmanship stood out and exactly matched my taste in design. It turned out that not only are they good at what they do, they are very nice and genuine people too! They took care of all of my concerns and they are very helpful even in the post home ownership stage! I couldn't have been happier with my new home and I'd turn to them for any additions without batting an eye!
We began working with Mosier Luxury Homes in early 2018. The project was to semi-customize a spec home they had planned before the original property had even been demolished. At the outset, they both put us at ease. They gave us carte blanche to decide how to outfit the home with the offer from Amy to help us design the home throughout the entire process. We also had free range to change the actual structure of the home and we did make significant changes. Now that we are living in our new home in Austin, we could not be any happier. They were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. We changed things along the way in terms of design – nothing was ever a problem and they worked with us tirelessly to create our dream home. They were both candid, friendly and honest throughout the process. We have now been living in our home for one month. Everything we asked for is being addressed. Nothing was denied and, in fact, Adam elected to address things in the final home that we never considered. He has personally been working in the home to address our last few needs. I am not sure we could have ever gotten this level of attention from any other builder. The building quality is excellent. The design input was extremely valuable. As a result, we have a beautiful long term home in which we will be raising our kids. We feel they cared about our home like it was their own. We would recommend them as highly as is possible for every aspect of the building process.
Any person you talk to who has built a home or done a renovation will give the same advice: pick the right contractor! Amy and Adam Mosier of Mosier Luxury Homes are more than just contractors, they are your advocates. Their knowledge of the process is profound, but what really sets them apart is their understanding that building a home is not just a huge monetary investment, it is a personal investment. Building a home is a stressful experience, but Adam and Amy are knowledgeable guides who will ease your anxiety. They are responsive and detail-oriented, and also respectful of keeping a project within budget and schedule. Adam and Amy each bring a different set of expertise to MLH. Amy & Adam helped make our dream a reality! My wife and I met them for coffee one morning to discuss our project and right away we could see we had found a truly special team. We had an open and honest conversation about our goals and they provided a concise outline describing their process. Again, we could tell the focus was on us and our project needs -- this had not been the case in the several builder/general contractor interviews we had conducted before hand. These two were special. Then, they helped us to do the near-impossible. I cannot accentuate this enough. Adam & Amy were faced with the enormous challenge of having us live in the home while the remodel was taking place and we were about to have our second child. Yes, our daughter was born while our project was underway. Adam and Amy, parents themselves, remained calm, collected, and focused on hitting critical dates, and provided an ever-present line of communication. Amy has a designer's eye -- she is well-connected with suppliers in and around Austin. She was instrumental in helping us pick and decide on finishing that would fit the aesthetic we had envisioned. By the close of the project, we completely trusted Amy with making design choices. We were completely in sync. Adam manages his team (internal and subcontractors) effectively -- he keeps them on task and always made a huge effort to keep us informed of their progress. One thing to call out here -- Adam has a critical eye for detail and a propensity for high-quality construction. He would visit the site daily to review work and course correct to fit his standards. This was hugely appreciated and resulted in a superior product. We are forever thankful for their efforts -- they truly turned our home into a place where we can raise our family comfortably. Mosier Luxury Homes will be our go-to shop for all our design & construction needs in the future. (Thanks guys!!)
Mosier Luxury Homes designed and managed a remodel of our 1969 ranch home. They updated four bathrooms, a laundry room and all electrical fixtures.
