Riverview

Riverview is two homes, one retreat. The owners wanted a luxury vacation rental with eclectic, modern Costa Rican warmth, plus a permanent residence for themselves.

A front house and a back house share a central pool, and retractable architectural gates can dedicate it to either home, so the two can live separately or open into one cohesive space. The arrangement lets the owners rent one or both at a time.

Standout spaces include the front house's kitchen, dining, and living areas with its staircase, the shared pool area, and a speakeasy in the front house.
